Pricing Policy

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Reinsman also reserves the right to change, delete, move or add products without advance notice on the site.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipments are F.O.B. Cleveland, TN.
  • Reinsman accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
  • All orders are shipped standard ground, unless otherwise requested by you. Please make requests for express shipping in the comment box at the end of your order. If you request express shipping, your order will have to be packed and weighed before a shipping cost is determined. Items that have FOB charges (see below) will be charged for FOB in addition to the standard shipping charge.
  • Shipments made to APO's or other addresses outside the continental U.S.A. will require additional charges for shipping & handling.
  • Additional charges will apply for UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • Reinsman applies a flat rate of $9.95 per shipment on all orders that meet the following criteria:
    • The order is placed via the Reinsman.com website.
    • The order is purchased with a valid credit card.
    • The order is shipped UPS ground.
    • The destination of the order is inside the contiguous United States.
    • Certain products may not qualify for the flat rate pricing (items will be marked)
  • Any orders under $50.00 will be charged an additional $5.00 shipping and handling

Freight Charges (FOB)

Reinsman assesses a freight charge (FOB) on items that are over-sized and difficult to ship. Your FOB charges will be determined by the weight of the item and your ship-to zip code.

Reinsman accepts the following credit cards:

Using Your Credit Card

First, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card and enter the credit card expiration date. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. It's important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.

When You Will Be Charged

The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped.

Return Merchandise Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date. Special order items and/or custom items are non-refundable.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to shipping merchandise back to Reinsman. Please call 1-800-548-2487. Returns must be in brand new condition in the original packaging. Returned items must be sent back to us prepaid. Returns sent COD or "freight collect" will be refused.

After a return has been authorized by our Customer Service department:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Customer Service department.
  2. Repack the item in its original carton.
  3. The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the returned merchandise. Please include a letter with the RMA number and reason for the return inside the box along with a copy of the pick ticket or invoice.
  4. Reinsman must receive the returned item within two (2) weeks of the issue date for the RMA to be valid.
  5. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no RMA number on the label may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  6. Keep your shipping records for proof of the shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Ship your return via UPS Ground or USPS. Please insure the package for the dollar amount of the returned merchandise. Reinsman is not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Customer Service department.
  7. All returns that do not meet the terms of the Reinsman return policy are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise

If the freight carrier (UPS, FED-EX, etc) damages your shipment, please retain the box that is damaged and call our Customer Service department at (800) 548-2487. The damaged box may need to be inspected by the carrier to process claim. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to give this information to our Customer Service Representative.

Manufacturer's Defects

If, within 30 days of ship date, a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, call our Customer Service department at (800) 548-2487 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a RMA Number.

Credits

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your credit or refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Reinsman’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Reinsman.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 may require additional information prior to shipment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Taxes

Reinsman.com shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Tennessee and Texas.

Backorder Policy

Backorders are based on product availability at the time of shipment and will be filled as soon as possible.

When placing an online order with Reinsman, the information that we collect from you, is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and servicing your account. We need your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, contact phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us with a way to contact you, should we have a question concerning your current order. After you place an online order with Reinsman, a copy of that order is sent to you via e-mail for your records.

When you place an order, with Reinsman, you are given the option of subscribing to the Reinsman newsletter, an electronic mailing list for announcing special sales and other general announcements of interest to our customers.

Reinsman's Use of Cookies

To shop online with Reinsman, your Internet browser must be set to allow cookies, a small bit of text used by your browser to uniquely identify you to our web server. If your browser is set to reject cookies you will not be able to add anything to your shopping cart. We use cookies to make sure that when you add something to your shopping cart it goes into your cart and not someone else's. We also use cookies to track how many unique visitors we have daily and general buying trends within our site. This information is only for Reinsman.com's internal use and will never be distributed to any other parties. The cookie is set to expire as soon as you quit your browser, so if you return to our website you will have to accept the cookie again.

Security

Reinsman.com uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. Reinsman.com recommends using version 4.0 or above for either Netscape Communicator/Navigator, or Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browsers.
